Shipping & Delivery Policy – Oh Sew Gecko

1. Shipping Methods
1.1 All physical orders are shipped using Correos Carta Certificada (Large Letter Signed For).
1.2 Orders require a signature on delivery. The carrier’s confirmation of delivery will serve as proof of delivery.
1.3 Digital products (PDF patterns) are delivered via email/download link immediately after purchase and are not subject to shipping charges or delivery timelines.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Times
2.1 In-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible and always within 30 days of order confirmation.
2.2 Pre-orders are delivered within 4 weeks of the pre-order closing date.
2.3 Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish items to be shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
2.4 Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.
3. Shipping Regions
3.1 We currently ship to: Spain, the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
3.2 We do not ship to the USA at this time.
3.3 If your country is not listed at checkout, please get in touch with us at info@ohsewgecko.com to discuss possible options.
4. Fabric Cutting & Packaging
4.1 Cork fabric is shipped rolled, not folded, to protect the material.
4.2 Fabric is not sent as a continuous length by default. For example, if you order two pieces of 50 × 136 cm, you will receive 2 cuts, not 1 metre × 136 cm.
4.3 This helps to keep postage costs down. If you require continuous length, please get in touch with us before ordering.
5. Risk of Loss
5.1 Responsibility for goods passes to you once they are delivered to your shipping address, unless you arranged your own courier.
6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
6.1 If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with Correos.
6.2 A replacement or refund will be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost.
6.3 If a parcel is damaged on delivery, please notify us within 7 days with photographs of the damage.
7. Incorrect Addresses
7.1 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Customs & Import Duties
8.1 For orders shipped outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country.
9. Cancellations & Returns
9.1 Customers have the right to return unused, unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

10. Holiday Closures
10.1 Orders placed during shop holiday closures will be dispatched once the shop reopens. Closure dates will be posted on the website.
11. Delays Beyond Our Control
11.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal strikes, customs delays, or natural events.
